Based on “Quality, service and integrity” policy, Hi & Bestech insists upon the best product quality, customer service and business integrity.  Meanwhile, Hi & Bestech is 100% responsible for defective chips caused by material, OEM printer’s new firmware or hardware upgrade, or workmanship in our warranty expiry and will repair or replace these defective chips.
